Booking a Massage
New clients:
Please make sure you book an Initial Treatment (or if hapu/pregnant the Initial: Pregnancy Massage) and fill out the intake form online when booking. Initial appointments will include a full health history, assessments, discussion of treatment plan, treatment, and home care recommendations. They are also special priced.
*If you are a new client and want to book a Nurture treatment, please do, and fill out the intake form online when booking

Please if you feeling unwell cancel/reschedule your appointment as soon as you are aware that you may not be able to attend.
Cancellation
**If you must cancel or rebook your appointment it is respectfully requested that you provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellation or missed appointments without 12 hours notice will result in a $40 fee. Please refer to T&C's for further questions**

For those who need one area focused on to release tension. Also great for when time is limited but a little refresh is needed.
